Hello! I'm still standing!
The last check up was uneventful, Obimin dekat KK dah habis so I had to buy my own at a pharmacy. Harga 30 tablets = RM18.00. Nurse offer pil 4 serangkai but I refused. But then I read that pil 4 serangkai tu, walaupun leceh dari segi pemakanan, tapi lebih efisien dari segi penyerapan dlm badan.
I still have sembelit. 2L air sehari is a must, no less. Sekali masuk toilet mesti kena spend 10 minutes to coax things out hahaha.
During last week's checkup - I was 16 weeks pregnant - we found out that berat I naik 2.4 kg dalam sebulan. So nurse bebel. Dia kata banyak sangat naik.. Sepatutnya awal-awal ni, 0.5 - 1.0 kg sahaja. So she put me on probation and I kena datang klinik lagi dalam masa dua minggu. Jadual check up dkt KK, kalau ade problem, checkup 2 minggu sekali, kalau takde problem, sebulan sekali. Masa timbang tu dia macam dah nak suruh minum air gula lagi, but I said, kita tunggu dua minggu lagi, tengok berat naik tak baru lah decide. So now, I'm on diet. (NOOTTTT. Tadi petang I habiskan sepinggan pisang goreng cheese, Hazrul tengok je, dia tak makan. Haha)
Bila penat, perut I akan sakit, especially bawah perut tu. Oh ye, I am not thin, so perut I memang dah nampak la. Orang akan tanya berapa bulan, so bila I jawab, mostly orang ckp ehhh besarnye perut! Tapi tadi siang, bila I bagitau berapa bulan, orang cakap, ehh kecik je perut. Hahaha. Whateverlah uols.
I'm still trying to minimize my movements and slowing things down. Hopefully Pinat is OK inside.
Two hours ago, I thought I felt Pinat kicking. Rasa macam ade belon isi air dalam perut, pastu belon tu bergegar. I dont know yet how does it really feel when the baby kicks, but I hope Pinat is healthy and thriving, and kicking around for Hazrul to feel at least within the next three weeks. It's so lovely, the feeling that our love is growing healthily.
I am looking around for antenatal class and clinics to do detail scan, and also the 3D 4D 5D scans.. Will update soonestttt
