Apakah tugas hakiki?

Mak balik and complained again that her subordinate has failed to complete organizational tasks that literally renders people into hardship atau bahasa Melayunya menyusahkan orang lain.

This guy is always busy as some sort of MC for local events, he seems to be quite popular and has taken a lot of absence leaves even during school periods to go and do his thing.

You know teachers are burdened with organizational tasks outside of teaching. For example, this guy is Penolong Kanan Hal Ehwal Murid and he is responsible for things like application to secondary schools and charity of pupils.

He didn't forward the application form of one pupil who is an OKU until after the closing date, which robbed the rights of the pupil for a sum of money from the government. She needs to use the money to pay for check ups. And since, her grandfather and father has been coming every day to school to ask for the money. It seems like my mother has to reimburse the student with her own money if the Kementerian in Putrajaya does not have any funds left over. My mother was recovering from her eye surgery for a month, and the closing date happened to be during her leave.

At every end of year teachers will submit applications to Sekolah Kawalan on behalf of pupils, which is why you always get this offer from secondary schools even when you don't ask for them. Again, this teacher did not certify the applications even after the closing date. And even refused to do it when asked. You see, JPN wants the applications to be done today and he refused to come to school to do it, wanting to come on Monday and take his own freaking sweet time.

In the end my mother did it.

I have enough of guys like this, who gets people around them to complete their jobs and datang sengih-sengih afterwards.

Wednesday Noon

Cerita Korea ni watak utama dia gadis fashion designer. Dia baru dapat letak baju-baju dia dekat laman web 'online shopping'. Satu hari baju dia nak masuk program TV for new releases. Tetibe owner website tu cakap baju dia salah jahit. Lol tak paham kenapa sebab tak tengok dari awal.

So dah salah jahit, the whole production team kerja sepanjang malam untuk siapkan alteration baju.

Gadis watak utama pun kerja la sepanjang malam. Adik dia jumpa dia dalam tandas sakit perut dan berpeluh-peluh. Cerita Korea biasalah. Sikit-sikit suruh pegi hospital. Tapi watak utama berdegil nak siapkan baju.

So baju siap pagi esoknya pukul 6.30am dan pukul 7 dah siap deliver kat stesen TV.

Gadis watak utama hampir pengsan sakit perut dan dihantar ke hospital.

Doktor x-ray perut dan tekan-tekan perut dia. Meraung-raung watak utama. Boyfriend watak utama cemas lah dia kata kena operate ke apendiks?

Doktor kata tak payah. Dia ni sakit perut bukan sebab apendiks. Tapi sebab malas berak. Usus penuh tahi.

Resepi Ayam Ungkep

Dah macam blog mak-mak plak dah.. Rajin beno post resepi. Sebenarnya ada deadline lagi tiga jam 10 minit. Tapi sebab baru lepas makan nasi dan rasa kagum dengan diri sendiri maka nak la post resepi ni.. Mengajak korang menikmati lauk bersama. Secara virtual.

Pada suatu hari, nak masak dan tiada idea.. Rasa bosan dengan semua lauk yang tau masak (limited knowledge lagipun). Jadi, Google "lauk ayam mudah dan cepat" hahha so jumpalah lauk Ayam Ungkep dari blog kakak ini. Kelihatan sungguh yummy.

Resepinya mudah kerana blender aja semua bahan, lepas tu tumis kemudian bubuh ayam dan tutup biarkan mereka bergelumang dengan mesra. Pastu boleh makan. Kesedapan bahan tumis meresap masuk ke dalam liang-liang ayam.. Fuhh

Bahan-bahannya

Ok you must note that my kitchen selalu tak cukup satu bahan. Contohnya kali ni takde serbuk jintan bagai macam dekat blog kakak tu. So takdelah bubuh. Dan sebab inilah "cooking" is better than "baking". Baking sesuai untuk orang-orang yang persis dan jitu hasil kerjanya.. Sebab baking tak boleh lebih kurang ala kadar campak-campak. Baking kena ukur.. Tepung banyak ni, gula banyak ni, oven mesti panas begini, bakar selama ini.* Berbeza dengan memasak.

Bahan-bahan Ayam Ungkep (kali ni betul punya)

Anda memerlukan kuali yang ada tutup atau boleh ditutup.

Ayam (7 potongan hebat)
Kunyit
Garam

Bawang merah 7 biji
Bawang putih 5 ulas
Cili padi ikut kesukaan kepedasan (tadi letak 7)
Cili merah 1 (sebab cili padi dah habis letaklah cili merah)
Halia 3 cm
Kunyit hidup 3 cm (tak letak pun sebab tak ada kehkeh, letak serbuk kunyit sesudu kecil)
Biji ketumbar secubit
Jintan putih secubit
Cukup Rasa untuk menambah keyakinan

Serai dua batang

Cara-caranya

1. Perap ayam bersama garam dan kunyit. Letak tepi.
2. Blender semua bahan dalam perenggan kedua tadi.
3. Panaskan minyak. Dalam sesenduk
4. Titik serai dan goreng serai tersebut dalam minyak tadi.
5. Tumis semua bahan blender tadi. Tuang aja terus ke kuali jangan malu-malu
6. Ok tumis dalam 10 minit gitu atas api sederhana. Kacau. jangan hangus. Sampai pecah minyak
7. Bubuh ayam. Gaul-gaul. Bubuh Cukup Rasa. Gaul-gaul. Kalau suka kuah bubuh air setengah cawan.
8. Bila ayam dah separuh masak. Tutup kuali anda. Biarkan ayam dan bahan tumis sebati masak bersama. Jaga api dan kacau selalu untuk elak hangus.
9. Boleh diangkat bila warna masakan dah jadi satu shade lebih gelap sikit.

Ketik ketik


Jogjakarta came up in a recent conversation and I thought of an old friend who sat with me when I was bored to death and got his guitar and ketik lagu ini for me.

He's from Jogjakarta. Haha.

Anyway I stopped being friends with him after I came back from Germany because somebody told me he was talking about me behind my back - read: he called me fat.

Not that I am offended if people call me fat. I call me fat every day. But it wasn't nice. When you talk about some proportions being fat.

Apa-apalah. Losing a friend is sad. Especially when he tried to reconcile but I ignored it so high and mightily.

Donat dan dua puluh enam

Haaaaappy birthday to me!

Now is 00:26 am, and I am 26! Yeay!

Main point of this entry adalah untuk tulis resepi donat awesum possum yang dibuat petang tadi. Hey I am 26. Petang tadi baru first time buat donat tanpa penyeliaan orang dewasa. Sebab dah dewasa sangat kan. Hehe.

Resepi ambil dari blog Bukan Chef. Ini resepi untuk nubis kubis tau. Memang akan tulis setiap satu-satu step. Siapa yang dah terer baking backing packing bole rujuk blog Bukan Chef untuk langkah yang lebih ringkas.

Ok mula-mula sekali. Kita kena panaskan air. Sebab nak guna secawan air suam untuk bancuh yis. Air suam yang agak panas. Celup jari sikit, kalau rasa suam tu okeylah tu. So secawan air suam panas. Ambil empat sudu besar gula. Larutkan dalam air suam tadi. Bubuh pula tiga sudu besar susu pekat. Larutkan. Guna satu paket yis, tuang dalam larutan air suam + gula + susu pekat tadi, kacau sikit then biar tepi.

Yis tadi guna cap kijang. Paket kecil tu. Cap Mauripan ada jugak. Tapi dah expired. Ingat nak guna sbb sayang nak buang. Tp bila test sikit masuk dalam air suam, jelas sekali yis dah arwah. Sebab tak berbuih. Kesian betul. Takpela. Buang. Selongkar peti ais jumpa yang Kijang. Expired tahun 2015. Nice nice~ cantik je naik. Pastikan bancuhan yis menjadi tau. Kalau bancuh yis jadi, memang jadi la donat gebu gebas gebana ibu korunk.

Ini rupa bancuhan yis yang successful.



Ok sementara tunggu yis berbuih jadi teh tarik, cairkan tiga sudu mentega/marjerin n campurkan dengan sebiji teloq. Gaul sekata.

Ayak tiga cawan teping gandum. Tepunglah. Bubuh garam setengah sudu teh. Buat lubang gunung berapi di tengah tengah.

Tadi tepung tak cukup woi. Nak pakai tiga cawan, ada dua cawan lebih sikit. Dah la tercampur tepung gandum dengan tepung jagung. Apa benda entah. Balang takde label. Hahaha. Lari la kejap pegi kedai beli tepung. Balik rumah tengok yis dah membuak buak weh cemaaasss



Hahaha. Masa ni dah tinggalkan yis selama 45 minit campur pegi kedai. Oookey. Cepat cepat bergerak. Campur bancuhan yis tarik tadi dengan mentega tadi. Sekatakan gaulannya. Pastu curah dalam kawah gunung berapi. Ok bersedia untuk menguli. Acah-acah je uli. Adunan ni lembik tau. Lekat pada jari jemari. Nak fold/gaul guna senduk pun boleh. Tapi guna la tangan. Baru la air tangan. Uli la ikut suka hati. Kalau lekat sangat renjis tepung sikit. bagilah adunan sebati. Takde gambar la nak tunjuk. Sebab tadi jari penuh tepung camne nak snap snap.

Dah gaul semua elok2. Bubuh dalam satu bekas yang boleh tutup. Atau letak dalam dulang dan tutup dengan kain basah. Macam-macam la caranya, ada kata jangan bagi kena udara. Tapi iols letak je dalam bekas and then tutup. Pastikan anda boleh agakla kuantiti adunan tu dan saiz dia camne.

Tinggalkan adunan tersebut dalam masa 45 minit. Setengah jam pun boleh kalau tak sabar.
Masa ni bolehlah nak blender gula jadi halus.. Sebab rumah iols takde gula kastor. Kalau teringin boleh juga sediakan inti. Ada sekali makan donat inti kacang merah. Amboi sedapnya.



Dah agak-agak adunan tu jadi sekali ganda dari saiz asal. Dah boleh tumbuk dia! Kepus! Pastu uli lagi golek-golek dan bentukkan ikut suka. Nak buat donat ada yang pakai terap. Terap tu ada jual di kedai-kedai barang kek berdekatan anda. Tapi masa tu iols buat bulat2 je. Bajet chocoball. Hehe. Dah siap bentukkan tu biar sekejap dalam 10 minit. Adunan akan naik lagi. Masa goreng pun dia akan naik lagi. Jadi agak-agak la nak besar mana. Btw kat pantai dalam ada donat Adibah Noor. Yum yum

Pastu panaskan minyak dan goreng donat kepus anda dengan api sederhana!

Ok repeat steps:

  1. Panaskan air satu cawan -> bancuh empat sudu gula -> tambah tiga sudu susu pekat -> campur sepaket yis -> biarkan sampai yis berbuih macam teh tarik
  2. Cairkan mentega tiga sudu -> bubuh telur sebiji
  3. Ayak tiga cawan tepung + garam sesudu kecil
  4. Campur mentega cair tadi ke dalam bancuhan yis
  5. Gaul dengan tepung bagi sekata dan seia
  6. Biarkan sampai sekali ganda saiz asal
  7. Tumbuk! Kepus!
  8. Bentukkan
  9. Goreng

Eyyo. Selamat hari raya!

Minta maafkan semua kesalahan, sengaja atau tak sengaja, semoga Allah balas dengan kebaikan.

But I don't want to blog about raya. At least, not today. I wanted to blog about my one week trip to Germany one month ago, on the 14th-21st of June.

I started working as a freelance translator for extra money while I was in my third year of degree. Nine months later, the manager asked me if I would go on a training. For a week. In Germany. With all expenses paid.

Now of course I have to have my own passport but other than that, I don't have to pay for anything. Yay! Of course my heart leaped. Apart from the small internal tornadoes and some parental qualms. Mak said she was worried that it was some scam, so I had second thoughts, and even told the company that I don't wanna go. But they said this and that and so I went.

And I came back with my brother who bought his ticket back to Malaysia since a month before, and we spent nine hours on transit in Hanoi, Vietnam before finally arriving in KL.

I was thinking about the long flight, and how it was so level, it felt so safe, so natural, like walking on hard ground. Massive driving force pushing you through rolling wind back into the arms of the beloved. But there was really only a few centimetres of aluminium separating you and the endless sky outside, where there really was no escape.

Oh, I managed to visit some few friends at Friedrichshafen, cuties Kimi n Zakiah, who cooked an amazing dinner and brought me paddling on Bodensee which was a few kilometres away from Switzerland. May Allah repay you with kindness!

Ending is the New Beginning

FINALLY I AM GRADUATING WOOHOOO

Technically not yet, as the convocation is in October. But I take it that finally, finally, letzendlich I am finally approaching the end of my degree.

You know how long this journey takes.. Orang lain dah masters beranak ranak. Kihkih. Rezeki kan dapat lain-lain.

Practicum ended with a bang (lol) on Teachers' Day. My first ever. Awww. Students were so cute. Sad faces when saying goodbye. And having students spending their parents' money on you makes me feel so guilty, but I like getting them presents all the same!

There will be more to come...

I got into class on Wednesday and taught the rowdy crowd as usual. When some of them are doing an exercise, I went around the class and noticed a student telling his friend off: "Cikgulah! Cikgu!" And then the friend shoved something under the desk. I went. And saw it was a comic book. Lawak Kampus, nasib baik tak hentai.
So I took the comic and put it away in my handbag, thinking of returning it after class. Yang tuan punya tu dah marah dah. Cakap, mahal ok, kau bayar balik. I went on with class as usual. At the end of class, biasalah students came and help with packing up, the girls nak salam cium tangan lagi plak tu so huru-haralah.
The day went on and it's only until early evening that I remembered about the comic. And I noticed one thing: as I put and take things in and out of my handbag during the day, I have not seen the comic at all. A student must have taken it out. I was really angry. Angry sebab they dared to open my bag and take it out without me knowing. It's not mine, but it is still stealing. And I was really really angry so I resolved to bring them in front of the GPK HEM.
Pagi ni kelas dengan diorang. I was a nervous wreck. I did not know what to do. I did not want to tell anybody but I wanted advice, and the teachers I wanted to talk to wasn't in their room so I had to see somebody I feel comfortable with. So I went and asked. But the teacher went on and asked another teacher so news got round like that.
After class this morning, I called the two of them to my desk and I went on with the questioning. Tapi tak setel. I called them to the teachers' room. The moment diorang sampai, I said, let's go see Ust. Wan. Terus budak tu nangis.

Anyway in the end aku pun nangis jugak kahkahkah.

Masih lagi, masih Shah Rukh Khan~

Sebab siang tadi TV3 tayang Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, dan Sabtu ni plak konsert Temptation Reloaded tapi tak boleh pegi sebab nak pegi Raub, dan perasaannya agak masam di situ. Dan sebab Aiman bash tadi, dia kata suruh cari Bangla seorang sebab umur dah tua masih lagi minat Hindustan, maka nak lah, tulis post ini. Hahaha.

Tak bermakna pun.

Anyway permulaan minat Hindustan mestilah Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, darjah lima tahun 1998. Permulaan semua orang nan sebaya kot. Anyway mungkin ramai dah move on, minat KPop, minat JPop, minat Metal Indie Ska dan berbagai lagi genre musik yang berbeda-beda. Berbalik kepada KKHH, filem memang ikonik, tahap hafal step dan lagu dia semayang masa anak Anjali kecil pergi summer camp.

Sekarang pun tengok masih sengih-sengih, sampaikan bila ada suara latar cakap "Miss Briganza, ah haa~" pun boleh masuk tu on cue.

Tahun 2008 kot, SRK datang Melaka, masa dia dapat Datuk tu kan. Hahaha. Ni dak Ena la tadi ni, dok flashback. Dia kata masa SRK datang Eye On Melaka yang dah cabut tu, dia baru dapat lesen, pastu kitorang plak tinggal dia dalam kereta suruh reverse parking. Pastu dia sedih dan minta tolong abang yang parking belakang. Angah pegi kejar SRK, dia dapat salam woo~ aku plak yang terhegeh-hegeh nak ambil gambar tak lepas-lepas. Tapi, memang dapat tengok depan-depan hihi. Masa tu dekat Taming Sari, aku berdiri jauh dah, rupanya Cayenne tersebut berhenti betul-betul depan mata weeehuu~

Tapi gambar ni dekat Eye On Melaka. Dia senyum sebenarnya. Tapi bila tengah snap terus pusing. Geramm

Mak andak OP masa tu. Dia bagi gambar. Gambar tu dah hilang sebab upload kat Friendster pastu didelete semua masa dia nak rebranding. Sob
